HPMC Veg Capsules SHELL is made from HPMC with cap and body part. There are six locking ring. It can be used to fill powder, particles.

Raw material quality control:
In order to guarantee safety and stability, all the raw materials for our capsule is inspected rigidly according to Enterprise quality standards which is made on the bases of State pharmacopoeia.
Quality Control in Manufacturing:
Sampling inspection is conducted during the producing process to keep all the parameters in right normal scope to strengthen quality stability.
Glue dissolution: The temperature, color and viscosity are monitored under strict control.
Finished Product Management:
Physical & chemical indexes of finished capsule would be checked before packaging. Only the qualified capsule would be packed for clients.
Tracking of Product:
According to GMP regulation, all the Veg Capsules are packed with clear batch number and the quality records are made for tracking if necessary.

Transportation
Usually, small quantity will be shipped by air. Because of stability of vegetable capsule, it won’t be influenced by environment.
Big quantity will be shipped by sea FCL in temperature controlled container. Sometime, when the environment temperature is suitable, we will ship small quantity by sea LCL.
Factory Capacity
Till Aug.,2019, Healsee Capsule has 24 production lines with capacity of 750 million per month.
We have plan to add production line in next 5 years gradually to enlarge our capacity to 35 billion per year till 2025 year.
Most of our production lines are imported from Canada.
